Welcome to International Home Inspections (IHI). By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

International Home Inspections provides property inspection services to clients in Costa Rica. All inspections are conducted by certified professionals and are based on visual assessments at the time of inspection. We do not provide guarantees or warranties on the condition of any property beyond the scope of the inspection report.

2. Booking and Payment

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due prior to or at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Inspection Reports

Reports are delivered electronically within a reasonable timeframe following the inspection. These reports are intended for the client only and may not be shared or redistributed without permission. Reports represent the condition of the property at the time of inspection only.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate, detailed, and professional inspections, IHI is not liable for damages, loss, or missed issues that occur after the inspection date or fall outside the scope of our services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time and for reading and understanding the full report. Any concerns should be addressed directly with the inspector.

6. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update or modify our services, pricing, or terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
